Versions & Discussion

The framework is refreshed by importing the committee's workbook. Every import becomes a named version, nothing from earlier versions is deleted, and editors can switch the live version at any time.

Task discussions survive imports. Each message is labeled with the version it was written against, and older eras sit behind a toggle inside the thread.

About This Framework

The PAC Framework is a structured inventory of the services a Florida Clerk of Court performs, with each task mapped to the statutory and procedural authority that governs it. Tasks are the "why" access point: what the office does, and the law that requires it.

Each task carries a four-level classification plus ten case-division flags recording where it applies, from Circuit Criminal to Juvenile Dependency.
